01Who we are
MAYBLE Seoul ("MAYBLE", "we", "us") is a brand operated by NINIZ Co., Ltd., a company based in Seoul, Republic of Korea. NINIZ Co., Ltd. is registered as a Facilitator for International Patients in the Republic of Korea (Registration No. A-2026-01-01-06884). We are the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

02What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to your partnership inquiry.

We do not request health, medical, or treatment information through this site. Please do not include client names, medical records, health information, or treatment details in the form. If such information is submitted inadvertently, we will not use it for the partnership inquiry and will delete it promptly after it is identified.
03Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about a possible partnership.
- To review and manage partner applications.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in operating the Partner Program.
04Cookies & advertising tools
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to understand how visitors reach this page and to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel is not loaded and no Meta advertising-measurement event is sent until you select “Accept” in our privacy-choice banner. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop sending future Pixel events. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and your advertising preferences within Facebook and Instagram.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Partner Program, under agreements that limit their use of it:

Under the Web3Forms free plan, submission history is retained for up to 30 days. Web3Forms states that a submitter’s IP address and email address may be sent to CleanTalk or Akismet for spam prevention.
06International transfer
The providers above operate outside Korea, primarily in the United States. By submitting the form or browsing this page, your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

07How long we keep it
Web3Forms retains submission history for up to 30 days under its free plan and states that it is automatically deleted after that period. NINIZ Co., Ltd. retains the copy delivered to its designated email account and related partnership-inquiry records for two (2) years after our last contact, then deletes them. If you become a contracted partner, relevant records are retained for the duration of the agreement and for any period required by applicable law.
If health, medical, or treatment information is submitted inadvertently, we will not use it for the partnership inquiry and will delete it promptly after it is identified. Electronic records are deleted from our active mailboxes and business systems in accordance with the deletion processes of the relevant service providers. Records that must be retained by law are stored separately from ordinary inquiry records.
You may ask us to delete your information earlier at any time, subject to any legal retention requirement (see Section 08).
08Your rights
You may ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it; and
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To make a request, email hello@maybleseoul.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC).
09How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to keep your information safe. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
10Children
The Partner Program is for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, give notice on this page.
